Tonic N3 is part of Rosenberg Skin Clinic's 3-step cleansing process. Natturally, you start by taking off your make-up, then wash your face with the lactic acid FaceWash. After step 2, your skin is already completely clean and ready to soak up the Tonic N3.

What about the PH value again?

Water has a PH value of 7 or higher (called alkaline or basic) and your skin has a PH value of 5.5.  Skin is not just acidic. This slightly acidic pH, also called "the skin's natural acid mantle", protects us from harmful external factors and keeps the skin hydrated.

I don't use make-up should I still cleanse my face? 

Yes because the skin is an excretory organ, so waste products are excreted through the skin (and kidneys).
Yes because invisible pollutants are also on your face such as exhaust fumes and fine dust.

Are there any preservatives or additives in Tonic N3? 

No, Tonic N3 contains no alcohol or chemical additives. So it does not degrease the skin. Safe and skin-enhancing.

Which skin type is Tonic N3 suitable for?

What is exfoliation?

Applying acids will clear away dead skin cells. Gray skin will regain its freshness, wrinkles will become less deep and acne skin will also benefit from exfoliation as it clears congestion. Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) and Glycolic acid are 2 key acids that restore the PH value of the skin's natural acid mantle. This makes the Tonic also suitable for sensitive (dry) tight skin.

So is this step 1 or 3 in cleansing?

On the Tonic it says N3, which means it is step 3 of the 6-step plan. For anyone who does not use make-up, this is step 1 (or step 2 if you find it extra fresh to use a Face Wash N2 as well) 

Use

Special Tonic because you immediately feel and see a difference. Your skin is instantly awake, exceptionally fresh and clean. Use the Tonic twice a day. 

Don't forget to use the other side of your cotton ball too. If necessary, use a second cotton pad with Tonic if dirt still came off the 

second side of your cotton pad. Always finish with a clean cotton pad.
